The Boiler Room Restoration (2009) was completed with a great amount of local volunteer help. The purpose of the Boiler Room is to give the local youngsters a place to hang out that they can enjoy and not be bothered too much by oldsters.
Getting these photo's required Mike to mess up his hair, wear funky jeans, and pull out his hip-talk routine to help blend-in during his many visits as the work progressed (Mike I know they spotted the 70's lingo right off, they just liked your being around - ed).
