A Hydrogen Economy for Washington State and for Jefferson County

Dr. Jacob Leachman has developed (i) a more economic means of liquefying hydrogen gas and (ii) a new carbon-fiber storage tank for liquid hydrogen. His laboratory at WSU is currently testing unmanned "drone" aircraft powered by liquid hydrogen fuel and is working on liquid hydrogen fueling stations for homeowner and community scale use.
